Some background:
......right after Ben left our 9 year old daughter wrote a "note to God" on our glass sliding door. I didn't realize what she was writing until later that night when I was talking to Ben on the phone. Tears were falling down my cheeks!!! It's just AMAZING what our kids think about this deployment and how adult like they sometimes think. So she wrote that back on November 2nd. Just last week her speech club at school had to do a speech on their hero. You guessed it, she wrote a speech about Ben. (Mrs. Lynette Joy)
