Maj. Jeffrey A. McLochlin, 45, from Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 152nd Infantry, Marion, Ind. who was killed July 5 in Afghanistan.  Gov. Mitch Daniels will attend the memorial and funeral services, along with the Indiana Adjutant General Maj. Gen. R. Martin Umbarger and other members of the Indiana National Guard.  The funeral services are as follows:     Viewing: Good Family Chapel Date/Times 1200 W. 18th St. Rochester, IN 46975   Saturday, July 15 / 2 – 8 p.m.       Funeral: Rochester High School Date/Times 1601 Park Road Rochester, IN 46975   Saturday, July 16 / 2:00 p.m.     Cemetery: Rochester IOOF Cemetery 620 West Third St. Rochester, IN 46975   Out of respect and at the request of Sgt.
